Let me tell you a little something about ten pounds, random person who doesn’t know me but thinks I need to lose weight because I am a female on social media.

With our boots on and jackets zipped, I ran down the hall to pour coffee into my travel mug and that’s when I saw it: the empty Pepsi bottle sitting next to the sink.
i threw out my kid’s toys (and i’m not sorry)
Bag by bag, item by item, I took more than half of the toys in my son’s room into the hallway before loading them in my car and donating them to a local centre.
